It is my blog's seven years anniversary and I'm really thankful to God and grateful for my readers and everyone who stops by here. I have thought of quitting so many times but realized that is even harder to quit than it is to run this blog. I have taken blog breaks so many times over the years but found out that the break only stops short of me publishing my posts. I still take pictures and write blog posts while I'm on break; after all, it's somewhat easy; I take all my pictures around my home using a tripod and remote control. So, I found out that, so long as I wear clothes and have internet connection, it'll be hard to really stop writing. Also, I end up publishing all my archived or draft posts when I'm done with my break; haha! 😊 Again, happy blog anniversary to me!
I wore this tan and brown colored pieces a few days ago. The weather is warming up and most of the snow has melted so dressing up is more fun now. I layered a tan or beige color sweater over this dark brown snake print faux leather dress that I purchased from Chicos years ago and previously blogged about here and threw a camel coat over the look. Again, I purchased this camel coat from my favorite consignment store for less than $50 years ago; if you live in a cold state like I do, you'll find out that you can never have too many winter coats especially if you work in a corporate setting. A new 100 % wool coat of this length and quality would cost over $500. Check out this Max Mara's wool and cashmere blend coat here. Back to the styling here; I wasn't really keen on disguising my dress as a skirt so I didn't mind that it was peeking out of the neckline. My brown bag and ankle boots completed the look. Thanks so much for reading.
