Green Gingham + Bermuda Shorts

Happy Friday Friends. This is a quick post here to share one of my most casual looks for the summer. What can be more casual than a pair of distressed bermuda jean shorts worn on a hot, hot summer day? I paired the denim shorts with a green color gingham off the shoulder top from JCrew. I love the color and style of the top. My yellow color mules previously styled here added a pop of color to my outfit. And what summer outfit can be complete without straw accessories? I'm starting to build a small collection of straw bags and hats. I really love the contrast and organic vibes they add to casual outfits and they have versatile styling too. They can be paired with dresses, shorts, pants, denim...they just go with any outfit and the fact that you can find very cute and quality straw hat and bag at any price range is a plus. This outfit was worn to the park with the kiddos where we had some great fun. We are still enjoying the last few days of summer.
