Orange color velvet blazer + black trouser Jeans

 

So, the holidays; Christmas and New Year are getting close than ever and it has been snowing hard in Minnesota. It's been very cold too and I must admit that the weather has sapped off any fashion sense in me. All I have been wearing the last few days is black, black, black 😆 ....*boring* I did manage to add some color to my all-black outfit I wore the other day by putting on my orange color velvet blazer; an old piece from my closet. I wore a graphic tee underneath with the inscription; "Beauty for Ashes" and if you don't know, that is a quote from the Bible talking about the awesomeness of God in the book of Isaiah 61 verse 3. I completed  my look with a pair of sock boots that I purchased from Victoria's Secret years ago and a satin clutch I got recently from the thrift store. It's the holiday season and the satin clutch was a nice addition to the casual outfit. The winter just began but I am looking forward to Spring already so I can bring out the colors; I hope? 😆 I trust you are keeping warm wherever you are.
