Happy Sunday Friends; I hope you had a blast yesterday and that the weekend is going great. I just wanted to share the OOTD for the day after Valentine. You know, the love continues. Most of us were all glammed up and cute yesterday and it won't be a good idea to just turn around today and be a "whoosh" whatever that means...:-). So, in order to keep the glamour going for this special sunday, I decided to wear something very feminine and soft and simple and this floral hem faux wrap maxi skirt was my first choice. I got it from Macys on sale a while back.
The black cowl neck top was a great alternative to a regular turtle neck or as opposed to just using a scarf. Boy! it is cold!! It is only 7 degrees in the twin cities today and it's been cloudy all day. In fact, we are not going to see any sun until wednesday the weather report says. So, it was very essential to dress in layers today but I had to find a way to be layered up and still be glam.

Pardon my chipped nails; I did a quick manicure this morning but it wasn't that great...:-). |
Your skirt is a dream. Love the prints on the hemline and you just look incredible. Hope V-Day was good!

Beauty, you look so glam and gorgeous, love the maxi skirt and the heels, flawless! Dont worry about the nails, they are cool as well! Hope you had fun at the bday party, happy Monday! xo
ReplyDeleteCute look hunni!
ReplyDeleteHi Beauty. You have layered glam down. Everything about this outfit works. I think when it warms up you could switch out the booties for some strappy heels. Also, I didn't notice your nails were chipped. I thought they looked great. I was thinking I don't remember seeing you with red nails before. Stay warm my friend.
ReplyDeleteThanks Comely; I have decided to start paying some attention to my nails which have been in total neglect since they are actually part of my feet...:-).
DeleteI'll be stalking your blog more than ever before for all the tips I need. Be warned!...:-).
Cool outfit!

I like how the splash of colour at the bottom of the skirt just makes it all look so happy and romantic. Great look and stay warm.
